Michael V. looks back at first movie he did with Francis M.

On what would've been Francis M.'s 56th birthday, Michael V. looked back at the first movie he did with the late great Filipino rapper.

On Instagram, the "Bubble Gang" comedy genius posted a photo of their movie poster "Ano Ba 'Yan?"

"Hindi kami dito nagkakilala but this is the first movie na nagkasama kami ni Francis M.," he wrote in the caption.

Bitoy said this is where he learned that his friend is also into comics and video games.

"Dito ko nai-share sa kanya ‘yung mga drawings ko and guess what? Pareho din kaming mahilig mag-drawing!" he continued.

The Kapuso comedian said their friendship along with Ogie Alcasid officially started while doing the movie, "and never ended even after he’s gone. And a lot of people still remember his birthday long after he’s passed away."

"Long live The Master Rapper!" he ended his note.

Francis M. passed away in March 2009 after being diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in August 2008.

Since then, Michael V. would pay tribute to him on his birthdays and death anniversaries, by sharing anecdotes and sketches such as the one below.
