Mel Tiangco wishes for a 'miracle' on her birthday: 'Tanggalin n'yo na po ang COVID'

The GMA Kapuso Foundation and its partners greeted Mel Tiangco a happy birthday.

The "24 Oras" anchor turned 65 on Monday, August 10, and she has but one wish: healing for everyone amid the coronavirus pandemic.

"Please perform a miracle for all of us. Please perform a miracle for all of the whole world. Tanggalin n'yo na po ang COVID," she said.

Aside from the Kapuso Foundation staff,  the Joint Task Force - National Capital Region gave her a snappy salute.

Kapuso Foundation beneficiaries, the 92nd Infantry Batallion, and the Central Command Task Group - Cebu Bohol Siquijor also sent their well-wishes to the veteran anchor. —MGP, GMA News
