MMFF names first 4 official entries to this year’s festival

The Metro Manila Film Festival has just revealed the first four official entries included in this year’s competition.

In a Facebook post on Friday, the festival announced that “Magikland,” “Ang Mga Kaibigan ni Mama Susan,” “The Exorcism of My Siszums,” and “Praybeyt Benjamin 3” would be included in the 2020 lineup.

“Congratulations to the first four official entries for 2020 Metro Manila Film Festival,” it said.

The film festival, headed by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), is traditionally held every year during the Christmas season.

The first summer edition of MMFF was supposed to be held in April but it was postponed due to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. – Kaela Malig/RC, GMA News
