Paolo Contis thanks viewers for making two of his films among the 10 most-watched on Netflix Philippines
Paolo Contis took to Instagram on Saturday to thank viewers who made two of his movies among Netflix Philippines' top 10 most-watched.
On Instagram, the Kapuso actor posted a screenshot photo "Ang Pangarap Kong Holdap" and "Through Night And Day" taking the top two spots of the "Top 10 Movies" in the Philippines on the streaming platform.
"Maraming Salamat sa mga nanood, nanonood, at manonood pa lang!! #AngPangarapKongHoldap and #ThroughNightAndDay po ay number 1 and 2 sa @netflixph," Paolo said, adding they actually went up the charts, as previously the movies held the 3 and 4 positions.
Paolo couldn't help but make a joke: "Baka bukas, 0 na!!"
"Ang Pangarap Kong Holdap" has consistently been on the top of Netflix Philippines' list after it started streaming on the platform on July 2.
It follows the story of four men who are planning to fulfill their dream to become the best hold-uppers in their barangay, headlined by Paolo (Nicoy), Pepe Herrera (Eman), Jelson Bay (Carlo) and Jerald Napoles (Toto).
Meanwhile, Paolo and Alessandra de Rossi's film "Through Night And Day" premiered on July 9 and on Philippine Twitter Sunday, was among the trending topics.
"Through Night and Day" follows the story of the newly engaged couple Ben and Jen who have been together for 13 years. They took a trip to Iceland, Jen's lifelong dream destination, where they'll be facing conflicts and misfortunes together. — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/LA, GMA News
