Clint Bondad just came out of quarantine looking like an absolute Viking!

The Filipino-German hunk, who has not posted anything on Instagram since February, shocked netizens with a mirror selfie revealing his full beard and buff body.

The Kapuso actor and model updated his followers about his fitness regime during the quarantine, as well as his plans to share his fitness and nutrition plan.
