Ringo Starr to celebrate 80th birthday with online concert starring Paul McCartney, other musical legends

Ringo Starr will be turning 80 (virtually) surrounded by his friends.

The former Beatles drummer will be reuniting online with ex-bandmate Paul McCartney, and other musical legends, for his "Big Birthday Show."

The online concert will also feature Joe Walsh, Ben Harper and Dave Grohl, Gary Clark Jr., Sheila E., Sheryl Crow, and more surprise guests.

According to his YouTube channel, the show will benefit Black Lives Matter, The David Lynch Foundation, MusiCares and WaterAid through Ringo’s Lotus Foundation.

Ringo's Big Birthday Show is premiering on YouTube on July 8 at 8 a.m. (Philippine time).
