Eat Bulaga! returns to the studio on Monday

The Philippines' longest-running noontime variety show is returning to the studio on Monday, June 8!

In a video posted to its Facebook account, Eat Bulaga! announced that it will be back, live and in studio, on Monday.

It urged its fans to stay home and watch the show as it is streamed on Facebook Live and YouTube.

"Stay at home at i-on ang TV bukas ng tanghali at sama-sama tayong mag-Eat Bulaga!" was its message on Sunday evening.

The video also showed staff disinfecting the studio and implementing other precautionary measures in the building, while the show's hosts—Vic Sotto, Maine Mendoza, Alden Richards, Paolo Ballesteros, Jose Manalo and Wally Bayola—welcomed the fans back.

Like other TV shows, production on Eat Bulaga! was temporarily halted amid the COVID-19 crisis. — BM, GMA News
