Miguel Benjamin of Ben&Ben dedicated a sweet birthday greeting for his girlfriend Karelle Bulan and it has served the Twitterverse all the kilig vibes.

On his Twitter account, Miguel posted a throwback photo of Karelle and another snapshot of the two of them having a meal together.

Miguel greeted his girlfriend a belated happy birthday and quoted a lyrics from their single "Sa Susunod Na Habang Buhay."

Ben&Ben debuted its first international single "Doors" in April.
