Sexbomb Singers reunite online, perform 'Daisy Siete'

Some of the original members of the iconic girl group Sexbomb reunited for a special online performance to raise funds for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) frontliners.

In a video posted on Rochelle Pangilinan's YouTube channel The Solinaps, the actress and performer caught up with her Sexbomb sisters Jopay Paguia, Monic Icban, Evette Pabalan, Izzy Trazona and Weng Ibarra.

For the first time in years, the girls harmonized to "Daisy Siete" which was the theme song of their drama series on GMA-7.

They even coordinated a simultaneous "Get, get, aww!"

But online kulitan aside, Rochelle called for donations to help frontliners in the fight against the COVID-19 threat in the country.

"Gusto ko ring makatulong kasi marami pa rin silang kailangan like PPEs, masks, thermal scanners, alcohol," Rochelle said.

"(Para sa) mga mga hindi na umuuwi ng bahay, 'yung mga nag-stay sa ospital, para lang labanan 'yung COVID-19 na tayo naman yung maitutulong lang naman natin bukod sa fundraising ay agstay naman talaga sa bahay, malaking tulong na 'yon." she added.
