Ronnie Liang among military personnel on duty to bring medical front liners to their places of work
Ronnie Liang is among the military personnel on duty Wednesday, tasked to bring medical front liners to their places of work.
On Instagram, the singer, pilot, and 2nd lieutenant of the Philippine Army shared photos and videos showing him dressed in his military fatigues, aboard a bus, as well as being manning the boarders.
“On our way para sunduin and mga doctors and nurses, our front liners laban sa cover 19. Gamit namin and bus ng Army,” Ronnie said in an Instagram Stories post that showed an empty bus.
He followed it up with another video, this time showing a bus full of medical workers, all practicing social distancing, of course.
Ronnie received his black beret after finishing his military training on February 14.
The military, together with the police, have been deployed during the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine that President Rodrigo Duterte announced on Monday.
