Chiz Escudero gives Heart a comfy hoodie for her anxiety amid COVID-19 threat

Heart Evangelista took to Instagram to show appreciation for her husband, Sorsogon governor Francis "Chiz" Escudero, who didn't fail in expressing his love for her despite their separation.

Chiz is currently in Sorsogon dealing with the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) threat, but he bought Heart an oversized hoodie to help her with her anxiety.

Because my husband knows that I’ve been anxious lately, he bought me this oversized hoodie which I use as my security blanket. ? This was my look for today while I work on this long distance relationship as he is busy in Sorsogon. By staying home, we do our part in helping keep others safe. "Because my husband knows that I’ve been anxious lately, he bought me this oversized hoodie which I use as my security blanket," the Kapuso actress and style icon said in an Instagram post.

"This was my look for today while I work on this long distance relationship as he is busy in Sorsogon. By staying home, we do our part in helping keep others safe. Let’s continue to pray for our country and for the world," she added.

It's been a rough few weeks, if not months, for the actress. In a vlog published last month, she said she went through a "few weeks of hell" and that her anxiety has been acting up.

She recently appealed to citizens who have been emptying shelves of essential items not to panic buy.

She also gifted a netizen with a DIY mask made with ribbons from Chanel along with a bottle of hand sanitizer.
