After going topless in a photo last month , the Kapuso actress posed for yet another daring photoshoot, but this time in a bathtub.

True to her word, Heart doesn't remove her jewelry even when she takes a bath. She looked every bit as a seductress dressed in nothing but jewelry in her latest photoshoot, as seen on her Instagram, Wednesday.

In the caption, she wrote, "On tonight’s to-do list."

Heart's recent photos show a more daring side to the 35-year old since she doesn't post photos like these frequently.

Last November, she shared a 2013 photo of her posing in a daring bikini as Tanduay's calendar girl.
