Maine Mendoza won't settle down until after her siblings get married

Maine Mendoza celebrated her 25th birthday on Tuesday, March 3.

And as she turned a year older, questions of settling down and getting married with boyfriend Arjo Atayde are common for the Phenomenal Star.

According to Nelson Canlas' Chika Minute report on "24 Oras" on Tuesday, Maine said she is waiting for her siblings to get married first before tying the knot herself.

"Wala pa tayo doon kasi lima kaming magkakapatid tapos dalawa pa 'yong kapatid ko na hindi pa nakakasal so sunod-sunod 'yan," she said.

"Alam mo naman sa probinsya dapat ganoon, you can't break the chain kumbaga," Maine added.

The actress said when the time is right, she would also like to start her own family.

"Feeling ko by the time na makasal 'yong dalawa kong kapatid, okay na rin for me to settle down," she said.

"Before I turn 30 po siguro. When I turn 28 or 29 so that's three or four years from now, malayo pa," she added.

Meanwhile, according to a report on PEP.ph, Arjo admitted he already discussed issues regarding marriage with Maine.

Arjo said they are both of age already so there is nothing to hide.
