Winwyn Marquez joins her first CrossFit competition with brother Yeoj

Winwyn Marquez proved that she's both fit and fabulous after joining her first-ever CrossFit competition with her brother Yeoj.

The Kapuso actress shared photos of herself with her brother doing workouts together.

"Wod 3/3. Our legs were giving up.. numerous no reps but we kept going and made sure we're in sync. Couldn't have finish the wod if it weren't for my big bro big booty @mr.yeojmarquez @marquezftwins," Winwyn wrote in the caption.

The former beauty queen said the competition "brought out the best" in her mentally and physically.

Meanwhile, her older brother Yeoj said he is proud of Winwyn for "giving her all yesterday at the WOD floor, she never stopped even when her body was hurting, she didn't quit even when she was exhausted, she was 100% laser focused!"

What can I say about yesterday? It was really fun!
