Solenn reveals Baby Thylane's jungle-inspired room with proud Pinoy touches

Solenn Heusaff presented her daughter Baby Thylane's new jungle-inspired room designed with local brands on Friday.

In a Youtube video, the Kapuso star explained that she wanted her baby's room to give out a jungle-and-tropics kind of vibe with proud Pinoy touches as well.

"This room used to be empty for the last year that I've been in this house. I had painted this whole wall dark blue because that's the peg I had for my future baby. Dark blue with plants. Eventually, I changed my mind and sage became my favorite color, she added.

Solenn detailed that Baby Thylane's room featured rattan shelves, a locally-produced lantern that she designed herself, wood blinds, and even a movable bookshelf. All of these were sourced from local brands.

Her favorite piece in the room, however, was a light-up bunny that glowed in the dark.

"I fell in love with it because it was super cute and this is the only light that she sleeps with at night," she explained.

According to her, Baby Thylane's crib could transform into a large bed that can accommodate a five-year-old child. She also shared that she and her sister added their personal touch by designing the bedsheets.

Beside Baby Thylane's crib is a huge nature-themed wallpaper that looked like a painting because of the wooden frames beside it. According to Solenn, they added the frames so that the wallpaper would "blend" with the rest of the interior.

At the end of the video, Solenn thanked the Hurray Interior Design Group and various local brands for making her vision come to life.
