Jak Roberto to play a gay fisherman on 'Magpakailanman'

Jak Roberto just announced that he'll be playing a gay fisherman in an episode of "Magpakailanman" this Saturday.

In an Instagram post this Thursday, the Kapuso hunk posted a teaser of the episode titled "Fishergays: Ang Mga Tigasing Sirena sa Laot."

"Magpakailanman" will be presenting a story that centers on four individuals who wish to change the perception that fishing is only a man's job.

The story also depicts true experiences of gender discrimination, homophobia and other challenges faced by members of the gay community.

"Fishergays: Ang Mga Tigasing Sirena sa Laot" airs this Saturday, January 25 on GMA-7.
