Faith Da Silva gushes about her dream role

Kapuso star Faith Da Silva, who is often cast as the villain in GMA-7 shows, shared her "dream role" with entertainment reporters during a media conference on Tuesday evening.

Da Silva, who portrays a spoiled brat in the network's much-awaited TV adaptation of "Anak Ni Waray vs. Anak Ni Biday", said that her dream role is to be cast as the seaside beauty Marimar.

"Ang dream role ko po talaga in the future, Marimar. Parang island girl. Happy, happy lang. Light, pero palaban. Iyon po," she said.

The 18-year old actress said that, although she had dreams of being the heroine in a show, she was happy with her current projects.

"Kung ano po 'yung binibigay na projects sa akin ng GMA, happy po ako doon. Ngayon, puro kontrabida 'yung mga projects na bibigay sa akin. I think nakaportray naman ang character na maayos. Maraming mga natutuwa sa akin," she shared.
