Sharon was set to be a guest during one of legendary Odette's two-night concert on January 17 and 18 at the Maybank Performing Arts Theater, BGC Arts Center.
On Instagram, Monday, Sharon wrote that there must have been some soap residue on the floor that caused her to fall and bang her head at the very edge of a marble seat inside their shower.
Luckily, her husband, Senator Kiko Pangilinan was nearby and helped her out right after he heard her scream. Despite her injury, however, Sharon insisted on continuing her soundcheck performance.
She shared, "I said while Kiko held me up na mahigpit ang kapit ko sa kanya na nanginginig pa, 'I am not letting the devil take away any more joy from me. I am singing for Odette. Mamaya na ospital!'"
"So I arrived at the venue holding an ice bag to my head, and cried like a baby in the dressing room, not knowing talaga kung kakayanin ko," she added.
Luckily, there was a medic on standby and she was able to successfully perform four songs.
"I did a soundcheck and it was good...No one had a clue!" Sharon said.
Afterwards, Sharon was brought to St Luke's Medical Center in BGC and underwent a CT scan where they found out that she had a top layer fracture due to the shower incident.
Although she still experiences terrible headaches, Sharon said that she's currently on ice packs and pain killers as she watches out for nausea, dizziness and blurred vision.

Sharon didn't share much details about the betrayal but she wrote, " Sabihin na lang natin na not just one time big time. Di ko alam how to move on from this kasi pinakamasakit na masira ang tiwala sa mga mahal mo."
However, no matter how many times misfortune falls, the singer wrote, "I will do my God’s work as long as I can. Kahit naka-wheel chair pa basta makakakanta, magko-concert ako! I love you all."
