Hello friends! I’ve been out of loop the past few days and been loving it so far. Overwhelming to see everyone’s posts now — of how they spent New Year, or the drastic new lifestyle changes that have abound, or the incredible mantras, quotes, dreamboards that are now hung on both the literal and, well, on corners of mental, walls. Just want to remind you not to feel to pressured by all these (amazing) prompts. Most of life’s biggest challenges are overcome one tiny step at a time. Wanna go vegan? Skip the meat tonight for dinner. Wanna write more? Jot down 3 things you’re grateful for today. Have so many life goals you’d like to achieve? Do ONE intentional thing that brings you closer to it this week. Take that class. Make that phone call. Ask for that dinner out. Say that prayer. One tiny step forward is all we need to begin a habitual progress this #2020. Have a blessed New Year, my friends. I hope we start seeing this new year with “brand new eyes” - get it, 20/20?! Love lots. xx #PringItOn2020 #AdultingWithJoycePring #joythtotheworld
