'Descendants of the Sun' PHL adaptation drops 2nd teaser video

And another one!

GMA Network on Thursday released another teaser video on the most-awaited Philippine adaptation of the beloved Korean drama series Descendants of the Sun.

The video featured Kapuso actor Rocco Nacino as Technical Sergeant Diego Ramos and Jasmine Curtis-Smith as Lieutenant Moira Defensor.

In the Korean drama series, the two couldn't be together due to their duties as soldiers.

Among the other leading stars of the country's adaptation of DOTS are Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes as Captain Lucas or Big Boss and Jennylyn Mercado as Dr. Maxine dela Cruz.

The first teaser video, released late Wednesday, prominently features Dingdong Dantes and Jennylyn Mercado.

The official trailer is set to be released on Sunday night.

DOTS is among the new GMA shows slated for release next year.

The show, which became a big hit after it first aired in the country in 2016, starred Song Joong-ki and Song Hye-kyo. The two Korean stars became a real-life couple and got married in October 2017. However, they divorced in June 2019. — Ma. Angelica Garcia/LA, GMA News
