For its 20th anniversary, Unang Hirit is giving away a house and lot!

GMA's morning show "Unang Hirit" is celebrating its 20th anniversary in December.

Not only is your morning barkada having a week-long celebration, it’s also giving away a house and lot! 

Uh huh, a house and lot.

The "UH 20: Bagong Bahay sa 2020" is open to all its loyal viewers worldwide, and requires participants to answer the question: “Bakit gusto mong humirit ng bagong bahay at lupa para sa’yo o sa iyong nominado sa 2020?”

Check out the mechanics below:

• Must be a Filipino citizen currently living in the Philippines
• Must be 18 years old and above

There are two ways of submitting your entries.

1. Online:

• Like Unang Hirit's official Facebook page
• Click the link that can be found in the pinned post
• Register and write your complete contact details and answer the given question

2. Dropbox:

• Answer the question: "Bakit gusto mong humirit ng bagong bahay at lupa para sa'yo o sa iyong nominado sa 2020?"

Put it in an envelope together with your complete contact details (name, age, address and contact number).

Submit it to a drop box that can be found at GMA Network Center, EDSA corner Timog Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.

The lucky winner will be picked using the following criteria:

• Story (50%)
• Emotion shown in the story (30%)
• Clarity of the story (20%)

Deadline of entries will be on December 27 at 8 a.m.
