Sam Pinto and Anthony Semerad are engaged!

Sam Pinto and boyfriend PBA player Anthony Semerad are now engaged!

According to an interview with PEP.ph on Thursday, Anthony proposed to the actress during their trip to Australia in August this year.

Sam shared that she had a feeling that Anthony was going to propose since he told her they'll be going to the Gold Coast and he asked her to wear something nice.

"But when we got to the hotel, may white long-stretch limo," she added. "The limo brought us to the dock, the pier, and then sabi niya, 'Let's go to the end of the pier.' May helicopter ride."

After the helicopter ride, Anthony brought her to a gondola ride. It was during the gondola ride when Anthony finally proposed to Sam.

When Anthony revealed the ring, Sam said she was already crying .

"Ang dami pa niya sinasabi, pero wala, hindi ko na naririnig nung nakita ko," she said.

The couple is expected to get married this coming 2021 to make way for Semerad's twin brother, David, and his partner, Gwen Zamora's wedding in 2020. David and Gwen recently welcomed their first child this August.

Sam and Anthony have been together for a year and two months. —LDF, GMA News
