John Lloyd Cruz makes film return in Iza Calzado-Jasmine Curtis-Smith starrer

John Lloyd Cruz will be making his film comeback after a couple of years away from show business.

The actor appears in the teaser trailer for the film "Culion," which stars Iza Calzado, Meryll Soriano, and Jasmine Curtis-Smith.

The movie is set in the 1940s, when the titular island was still a leper colony.

Jasmine previously shared her trip to the island, which has recently emerged as a tourist destination, for the filming of the movie.

"Culion" is written by Ricky Lee and directed by Alvin Yapan. —JST, GMA News
