Miguel Tanfelix remains a Kapuso: ‘Pag nasa GMA ka, ramdam mo na part ka ng family’
Miguel Tanfelix remained a Kapuso as he renewed his contract with GMA-7 on Tuesday, July 23.
Present at the contract signing were Gigi Santiago-Lara, GMA president and COO Gilberto Duavit Jr., GMA chairman and CEO Felipe L. Gozon, and GMA SVP for Entertainment Group Lilybeth Rasonable.
“Pag nasa GMA ka, ramdam mo na part ka ng family, hindi lang siya basta work,” Miguel told reporters after signing.
“Tayo’y parang naging tatay na ni Miguel,” Gozon said. “We’re very glad he’s taying with us and that habang tumatanda si Miguel ay gumagaling siya at gumagwapo pa. Kaya talagang nagagalak tayo na Kapuso siya hanggang ngayon.”
The actor, who appears in GMA Pictures’ comeback film Family History, has been a Kapuso since joining showbusiness as a Starstruck hopeful 15 years ago.
Rasonable describes Miguel as “napaka professional. Madaling katrabaho at higit sa lahat, napakahusay umarte. Napakagaling mag-tackle ng roles and he’s very serious about his craft.”
According to Miguel, “Nararamdaman mo na inaalagaan ka sa lahat ng ginagawa mo, at ako, yun din ang ibinabalik ko I’m very happy and very blessed that I’m here with GMA. More than 100% effort and puso ang ibibigay ko pa.” — LA, GMA News
