Cherie Gil and Sharon Cuneta switch roles as they re-enact iconic 'Bituing Walang Ningning' scene
Cherie Gil and Sharon Cuneta must've had such a great time during their dinner date Saturday.
On both their social media accounts, the veteran actresses posted videos of themselves re-enacting their iconic scene from "Bituing Walang Ningning."
On Sharon's YouTube page, she showed their three takes, which led to their "switching roles."
As in Cherie played the meek Dorina, while Sharon played the water-splashing Lavina.
Cheri posted the fun but disorienting video, where Sharon uttered the famous line before splashing water onto Cheri's face:

"Ahhhh mission accomplished!!! Thank you for being the best friend ever. And for being game always and for a wonderful evening and for your lovely children and for the gift of you and your big heart !!! love you," Cherie captioned her post.
It really must've been a cool evening because it earned several dedicated posts, showing they were joined by Sharon's kids Frankie, Miel, and Miguel.
Sharon also posted a couple of photos on her Instagram account, showing them posing with a fan that bore the famous line from the movie.
