Michael V pays tribute to Eddie Garcia through 15-minute sketch
It's been more than a week since veteran actor Eddie "Manoy" Garcia passed away, but his memories are surely alive and remembered, even by comedy genius Michael V.
Bitoy paid tribute to Garcia by showcasing his amazing talent in sketching, skillfully creating a portrait of the screen legend in only 15 minutes.
"Never too late to pay tribute and honor this late great (but never late) gentleman... Farewell Sir Eddie," said Bitoy on his Instagram.
Aside from being the creative director of his shows like Bubble Gang and Pepito Manaloto, Michael is also into the hobby of sketching.
His sketches of different Filipino personalities could also be seen on his Instagram account. He has done sketches of Pepe Smith, Rico J. Puno, Francis Magalona, the late German Moreno, and President Rodrigo Duterte. Michael V also sketched international personalities and superheroes including Wonder Woman, LeBron James, Captain America and Iron Man and Stan Lee.
Eddie Garcia passed away on June 20 after having been confined in the hospital for days due to cervical fracture.
GMA Network also mourned the death of Garcia, and vowed to investigate the incident. —Jamil Santos/KG, GMA News
