Family has no plan to pull life support of Eddie Garcia, spokesman says
The family of Eddie Garcia remains strong and has no plans of pulling the life support of the veteran actor.
"As of the moment, wala pa pong decision. Definitely they don't want to let go," said family spokesman Dr. Tony Rebosa, adding that Garcia is still in critical condition and continues to be supported by a breathing apparatus.
As of 1 p.m. on Thursday, the veteran actor was "still in a comatose state" and was "dependent" on a ventilator and medications to support his blood pressure, according to the latest medical bulletin from Garcia's doctors at the Makati Medical Center posted by Super Radyo dzBB's Glen Juego.

"He's on a ventilator, meaning sinu-suportahan lang yung paghinga niya," said Dr. Tony Rebosa, the spokesperson for the Garcia family.
"The family would like to convey their gratitude to everybody who has been giving them full support, love and prayer," Rebosa added.
On Sunday, his doctors said Garcia was in critical condition due to cervical fracture.
The Garcia family continues to ask for prayers, and expressed their gratitude for the love and support given by the public. — Margaret Claire Layug/MDM, GMA News
