Lauren Young opens up about how 'downgrading' made her life richer

Lauren Young made some serious changes at the start of 2019.

In an Instagram post, the actress shared that she "decided to upgrade her life by downgrading."

The start of 2019 I decided to upgrade my life by downgrading.. I sold my car, moved back in with family, stopped shopping and spending excessively on going out and material things I didn’t need. What I’ve learned is that I may not travel as much as most and have expensive things at arms length but at this moment I have never felt richer. My attitude has changed, my goals are slowly getting reached and my dreams are even bigger: to be content with what I have and make do with the things already available to me. Happy Monday??

Lauren said that giving up her excess material possessions has shifted her attitude and widened her dreams.
