Winwyn Marquez and Mark Herras have broken up

Winwyn Marquez and boyfriend Mark Herras have broken up after being together for more than two years. According to the beauty queen, it was a mutual decision.

During Thursday’s press conference for her movie, Time & Again, Winwyn admitted she is now newly single.

“Yeah, I’m single right now” she told reporters adding, “naghiwalay kami nang maayos. It was a mutual decision.”

According to the 26-year-old actress, both their careers took precedence over everything. Mark, like Winwyn, is also a Kapuso celebrity.

"We're busy doing our own things. He's doing his own work, I'm doing my own work," explained the actress.

She clarified there was no third party involved and that they're actually still talking.

Winwyn headlines Time & Again opposite Enzo Pineda. Directed by Jose Javier Reyes, the film will begin screening on February 20. — with Franz Embudo/LA, GMA News
