Super Tekla wants to reconcile with the mother of his child

Super Tekla, who is Romeo Librada in real life, said he wants to reconcile with the mother of his child to give his daughter a complete and happy family.

"Gusto ko mabigyan ng maayos na pamilya ‘yong anak ko. Ayoko naman ma-mold sa isip ng bata na, 'ay wala pala akong nanay,' 'may nanay ako hiwalay pala'," Super Tekla told reporters at the media conference "The Boobay and The Tekla Show" on Monday.

He remains hopeful saying, "Parang may chance siguro na mabuo ulit ngayon." 

Tekla and the mother of his child went their separate ways when their 10-year-old daughter Aira was only 5 years old. He currently has a live-in but Tekla admitted they are not in good terms.

"Sobrang kritikal ‘yong love life namin," he said, and when asked what happened, Tekla simply replied, "Nawala na kasi ‘yong spark."

He said he has been vocal to her current partner about how he plans to get back together with the mother of his child.

"In-open ko sa kanya iyan. Open naman kami sa ganon, napagusapan naman namin yan, pero hindi na healthy ‘yong relasyon," he said.

Super Tekla as a father

Tekla said he was overjoyed when his daughter gave him a surprise visit on Christmas while he was performing at a comedy bar.

"Masaya, okay kasi sinurprise ako n’ong Pasko. Nag-pe-perform ako sa Klownz and then siyempre ang taas ng energy ko no, kalagitnaan nasa audience, ‘oh my god anak ko to’ ayon wala na, nanlumo na ako," he narrated.

Tekla plans to have his daughter permanently live with him, saying "anytime puwede, isa ‘yan sa mga plano ko."

He applauds his daughter's mother for raising a good child and curious child.

Tekla said his daughter would sometimes ask why he dresses as a woman and "ine-explain ko lang na nagsusuot si daddy ng ganyan para may panggatas ka. Wala tayong kakainin pag di nagsuot si daddy ng ganyan.

"Ang galing na na-mold ng mommy niya, napalaki ng maayos. Napakagalang, napakabait, ang lambing, napaka-unawain. ‘Nak di makakasama si daddy sa Christmas’, 'Sige lang daddy'[ang sagot niya]," he said. — LA, GMA News
