Floats of MMFF entries at the Parade of Stars 2018

Despite the dreary weather, the Metro Manila Film Festival Parade of Stars pushed through at Santa Grove, Sucat, Parañaque City on Sunday.

"Rain or shine, tuloy ang saya! Maraming salamat, Parañaque!," MMFF wrote on its Facebook page.

Movie floats of MMFF entries "Aurora," "Fantastica," "The Girl in the Orange Dress," "Jack Em Poy," "Mary, Marry Me," "One Great Love," "Otlum," and "Rainbow's Sunset" paraded on the wet streets of Parañaque.

On MMFF's Official Facebook page they gave a sneak peek of the floats that will be parading the event.

Kalyeserye Sweetheart Maine Mendoza and Bossing Vic Sotto will be starring in "Jack Em Poy," while Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes will be in "Fantastica." Kapuso Drama King Dennis Trillo will be on "One Great Love" while Kapuso stars Gloria Romero and Sunshine Dizon will be starring in "Rainbow's Sunset." — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/LA, GMA News
