Ruby Rodriguez fondly looks back on 23 memorable years of ‘Eat Bulaga’ in Broadway Centrum

After calling Broadway Centrum home for 23 years, Eat Bulaga is transferring to APT Studios in Cainta, Rizal. It’s a big move, for sure — and one that got Dabarkads Ruby Rodriguez sentimental.

On Instagram, she posted a photo of herself in her designated corner.

“Yes, Broadway for 23 years, you have given us fond memories. This is where I got married, had two kids, met my bff,” a portion of her emotional caption read.

According to Ruby, it was in that seat where birthdays and anniversaries were planned, problems and juicy chismis were shared — essentially where life-long friendships were formed.

“Maraming salamat Broadway!” Ruby exclaimed, sounding like she’s ready for the future. And what a future it looks to be: Eat Bulaga will be celebrating its huge 40th anniversary next year, and at the APT Studios, Ruby is looking forward to becoming a grandmother. “Malamang ditto na ako magkaka-apo,” she ended her sweet note.
