Paolo Ballesteros receives birthday flowers from rumored boyfriend

EB Dabarkads host Paolo Ballesteros received a bouquet of flowers from his rumored boyfriend Kenneth Gabriel Concepcion as an advance surprise for his birthday.

Paolo posted a photo of the bouquet with a view of Kenneth behind the flowers sitting on a bed a day before his birthday.

"Aga happy birthday to me," he wrote in the caption, adding the hashtag #siopao, which may be a portmanteau name for the couple.

Paolo's celebrity friends couldn't help but feel excited over his new romance.

Even Kalyeserye sweetheart Maine Mendoza commented on his post and wrote, "Ganda kaaaaaa" followed by two heart emojis.

Paolo replied on her comment and said, "naman! mana sayo hihi."
