Valerie Concepcion confirms she's engaged

After teasing everybody on Thursday with a diamond ring photo, "Ika-5 Utos" star Valerie Concepcion finally confirmed that she really is engaged with her boyfriend, Guam-based court clerk Francis Sunga.

Posting a photo of herself kissing Francis on Instagram Saturday, Valerie said she still can't believe to finally be marrying the man she prayed for.
