Benjamin Alves pens poem for Julie Anne San Jose on their 16th month

Get a guy like Kapuso hunk Benjamin Alves. For their 16th month anniversary, Alves penned a sweet poem for girlfriend, singer-actress Julie Anne San Jose. He dubbed it his "Sweet 16" surprise.

Julie Anne posted a photo of six cupcakes in a box and a typewritten poem by Benjamin on her Instagram account.

In the caption of the post, Julie Anne said she has been keeping his love letters since their first day.

"Sweet 16 surprise from my favorite person. Hey, been keeping your letters since day 1. Thank you love. P.S I'm finishing the cupcakes," she wrote.

In August, Julie Anne told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) that Benjamin "came at the right time" in her life.

She also revealed that one of the things they have in common is writing poems.

“Una, mahilig siyang mag-compose ng poems. Ako kasi, noon pa ako mahilig sa ganyan. Kaya nakakatuwang isipin na there’s somebody out there pala na nakakahiligan ang pag-compose ng poems," Julie Anne told PEP.ph. — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/LA, GMA News
