Maria Ozawa posts sweet birthday message for Pinoy boyfriend

Japanese actress Maria Ozawa's relationship with Filipino chef and model Jose Sarasola is going strong.

The two are currently in her hometown of Tokyo, Japan to celebrate his birthday.

In a post on Wednesday night, Maria posted a sweet note for the man who captured her heart.
