Megan's touching birthday message for 'travel buddy' Mikael

Even without official confirmation, Megan Young and Mikael Daez constantly show their affection for each other in photos, usually of them traveling the world together.

On Friday, the Miss World 2013 winner posted a touching message for the GMA actor and host on Instagram, featuring another shot of them traveling together.

Mikael, meanwhile, seemed to spend his birthday with another special woman in his life: his grandmother.

Megan and Mikael regularly travel to various destinations around the world, which they document on Instagram and YouTube.
