Meet Angelina Montano, the eldest daughter of Sunshine Cruz

Last April 22, GMANetwork.com caught up with the newest face of Careline Cosmetics, Angelina Montano! Angelina is the first daughter of Sunshine Cruz.

We asked the teen a few basic questions to get to know her better.

According to Angelina, "I'm turning grade nine this coming school year [and] I actually have two favorite subjects [which are] math and art. Art because I love to draw and I could do that in art subjects and math because it's challenging. I know that for others, it's hard but then for me, it's pretty challenging but then I get decent grades."

 

She likes art subjects because one of her hobbies is making art.

"I like to sketch or draw. When I was two or three, my parents saw me draw a face even though I was really young so they encouraged me to draw more."

Her penchant for art can be seen through her Instagram account filled with perfectly curated photos. Because she's Instagram savvy, she now has over 70k followers; not bad for a 14-year-old.

 

Like most girls her age, Angelina said she's still unsure about some of her future plans particularly picking a course in college.

"I haven't thought of it yet 'cause I focus more on [the] now. I always pray that God will guide me through my decisions for the future," admits the teen.

 

Angelina's face immediately lit up when asked about her mother Sunshine Cruz. It is obvious through her reaction that she has a beautiful relationship with Sunshine and has nothing but praise for how her mother raised her and her sisters.

"She's [Sunshine Cruz] really loving and very responsible. She cares for us and works really hard to provide for our needs. We get excited when we watch her shows and whenever we see her billboards, we take pictures and then send it to her [saying] 'Oh, we see you on the streets!' So we're really proud of her," Angelina exclaimed.
