Dingdong Dantes recreates shot with old dance group

Before becoming the Kapuso Primetime King, Dingdong Dantes started his showbiz career as a member of a dance group.

 

Amid his fame, the actor has kept in touch with friends from Abztract, which had a recent reunion.

 

He posted a pair of photos from the gathering of the group, which also includes fellow actors Dino Guevarra and Arthur Solinap.

 

“This is how it all started. During the time when grunge music, boybands, family computers, and long back t-shirts were the ‘in’ thing, heto ang pinaggagagawa namin,” he said.

 

 

“I am fortunate to still be in touch with the ones who were with me during my formative years in this industry. Last Saturday, we celebrated 20 years of friendship... and we came to realize this: people do not change, situations do,” he added.
