Frankie Arinoli a 'person of interest' in Yaya Dub kidnapping - CIDG

Frankie Arinoli may be considered a "person of interest" in the kidnapping of Yaya Dub, the police's Criminal Investigation and Detection Group said Wednesday.

 

The CIDG tweeted "person of interest po" when asked by an AlDub fan if Arinoli can be considered a prime suspect in Yaya Dub's kidnapping.

Another follower of Eat Bulaga's kalye-serye also asked the CIDG if it can check if Yaya Dub is being held captive in a warehouse of McDonald's.

 

The police group, however, said it would need to be armed with a search warrant to conduct an inspection of the warehouse.

 

The place was mentioned by the AlDub fan due to news that Yaya Dub is shooting a commercial for McDo.

 

Asked by another fan if the CIDG can wiretap Lola Nidora's phone, the police group gamely said that it could not as it is prohibited under Republic Act 4200 or the anti-wiretapping law.

As the CIDG continued to answer questions from Aldub fans on Twitter, it retweeted an infographic post by the Philippine National Police's Public Information Office about kidnapping.
