LOOK: Heart Evangelista explores Balesin Island with siblings

As her special day comes closer, Heart Evangelista has been spending time with some of the most important people in her life. This past week, her siblings Mich, Camille, and Tristan came with her to explore Balesin Island, where she is set to marry Sen. Chiz Escudero on February 15.
