Class suspensions for Thursday, July 25, 2024

The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) enhanced by Typhoon Carina has caused heavy rain and massive flooding in many parts of Luzon, prompting some local government units to cancel classes for Thursday, July 25, 2024. 

On Wednesday afternoon, Malacañang announced the suspension of work in government offices and classes covering all levels in Regions 3, 4A and National Capital Region on July 25

Metro Manila

• Malabon City - all levels, public and private
• City of Manila - all levels, public and private (incl. state universities and colleges)
• San Juan City - all levels, public and private
• Mandaluyong City - all levels, public and private

Schools

• University of the Philippines Diliman (UP Diliman)
