Classes for Monday, July 31, 2023 have been cancelled in some areas due to the lingering effects of Typhoon Egay and the effects of Severe Tropical Storm Falcon.

Work in the following areas, except in agencies providing basic and health services and disaster response, are also cancelled:

• Malolos, Bulacan - government institutions and private offices
