WALANG PASOK: Class suspensions for Wednesday, September 9, 2026

Classes for Wednesday, September 9, 2026 have been suspended in some areas due to the effects of heavy rains and flooding brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

Metro Manila

• Caloocan City - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private. Alternative Delivery Mode to be implemented
• Las Piñas City - no afternoon face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private, shift to alternative learning mode
• Malabon City - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private. Alternative Delivery Mode to be implemented
• Mandaluyong City - no in-person classes, all levels, public and private. Alternative Delivery Mode to be implemented
• Manila - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private. Shift to Alternative Delivery Mode
• Marikina City - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private
• Muntinlupa City - no afternoon face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private
• Navotas City - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private. Alternative Delivery Mode to be implemented
• Quezon City - face-to-face classes suspended, all levels, public and private. Alternative Delivery Modes of Learning to be implemented
• Parañaque City - no afternoon face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private
• Pasay City - no face-to-face classes in the afternoon, all levels, public and private, including Child Development Centers. Shift to alternative modalities
• San Juan City - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private. Alternative learning modes to be implemented
• Valenzuela City - no face-to-face classes in the morning and afternoon, all levels, public and private. Schools to decide on what alternative mode of learning to implement

REGION I - ILOCOS REGION

Pangasinan

• Mangaldan-- All levels, public schools only, shift to Alternative Learning Modes; private schools (discretion of the school management)

CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION

Benguet

• Kibungan -- Day Care Only

REGION III - CENTRAL LUZON

Bataan - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private

Bulacan

• Calumpit-- All levels public and private shift to Alternative Learning Modes (ALMs)

Zambales

• Botolan -- All levels public and private shift to Alternative Learning Modes (ALMs)

Pampanga

• Angeles City-- All levels public and private, shift to Alternative Learning Modalities (ALMs)
• Masantol— All levels public and private
• San Simon-- All levels, public and private (maliban sa Concepcion Integrated School ay magsasagawa ng face-to-face classes) Sept. 7-11.
• Sto. Tomas-- All levels, public and private, shift to Alternative Learning Modes
• Candaba— Modular class sa mga sumusunod na paaralan:

1. Lanang Elementary School
2. Pasig Elementary School
3. San Agustin Elementary School
4. Lanang High School
5. Pasig High School
6. Paralaya High School
7. Pampanga State University (PamSU)

• San Fernando— No classes sa mga sumusunod na paaralan:

1. Camp Olivas Elementary School (San Nicolas)
2. Pandaras Integrated School
3. San Nicolas Integrated School

There are face-to-face classes in all levels at the public schools that were note mentioned. It is left to the administrators of private schools whether classes in their institutions would be suspended.
