MRT3 extends operations starting March 24, 2025
The Metro Rail Transit - Line 3 (MRT3) will start its extended operations on Monday, March 24, 2025, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) announced.
From Monday to Friday, the MRT3 operations will be extended by an hour.
"Extended na ang operasyon ng DOTr MRT-3 ng isang oras tuwing gabi, mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes, simula ngayong araw!" the DOTr said.
Below are the station entrance schedules for weekdays and weekends starting March 24:

During peak hours, the MRT3 will also add trains to serve passengers.
"Magdaragdag na rin ng tren tuwing peak hours para sa mas mabilis at maginhawang biyahe ng mga pasahero," the DOTr added.
On Monday last week, DOTr Secretary Vince Dizon called on the management of MRT3 to extend its evening operations by an hour.
Dizon earlier expressed willingness to extend the operating hours of the MRT-3 and the Light Rail Transit systems to improve commuter experience.
“This is for passenger welfare. We want to make the commuting public lives’ easier… That’s the easiest [way], increasing the operating hours by two hours ang laking bagay no’n ah in terms of pila (that would be a big deal in terms of reducing lines of passengers),” the Transportation chief said. —KG, GMA Integrated News
