NLEX Harbor Link R10 exit closed amid INC rally

A portion of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Harbor Link was temporarily closed on Monday amid the peace rally of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC).

In an advisory, the NLEX Corporation said that the NLEX Harbor Link R10 exit ramp along R10 Road or Mel Lopez Boulevard will not be open to motorists on January 13.

Motorists were asked to divert to NLEX Harbor Link C3 exit and NLEX Harbor Link Dagat-dagatan exit.

The Manila Police District said that 1.5 million people flocked to Quirino Grandstand as of 10 a.m. on Monday.
