Road repairs on Oct. 4 to 7, 2024
Some roads in Metro Manila were scheduled to undergo reblocking and repairs from Friday night (October 4) to early Monday morning (October 7), the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said.
The MMDA said the DPWH will conduct the repairs from 11 p.m. on October 4 up to 5 a.m. on October 7.
The road repair work will be done on the following roads:
1. EDSA (southbound), Fernando Poe Jr. (FPJ) Avenue to Lanutan, 2nd lane from center, Quezon City
2. EDSA (southbound), after West Avenue to after MRT North Avenue Station, 4th lane from center, Quezon City
3. EDSA (northbound), Misamis St. to Corregidor St., 5th lane from center, Quezon City
4. EDSA (northbound), Quezon Avenue to Philam footbridge, 2nd lane from sidewalk, Quezon City
5. EDSA (southbound), Bansalangin St. to West Avenue, 4th lane from center, Quezon City
6. Cloverleaf EDSA to A. Bonifacio, 2nd lane from center, Quezon City
7. Cloverleaf A. Bonifacio to EDSA, 1st lane, Quezon City
8. Commonwealth Avenue (southbound), Don Jose to Ogidal, 1st lane from center, Quezon City
9. Commonwealth Avenue (northbound), Road 2 St. to Zuzuaregui St., Quezon City
10. Gen. San Miguel (eastbound), between Bisig ng Kabataan to A. Mabini St., 1st lane from sidewalk, Caloocan City
"The affected roads will be fully passable by 5 a.m. on Monday, October 7," the MMDA said.
"Motorists are advised to take alternate routes," it added. —KG, GMA Integrated News
