DPWH to conduct nighttime roadworks on EDSA, C-5 and other Metro Manila roads

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority announced temporary nighttime road closures along several major Metro Manila roads.

In an announcement on Tuesday, the following roads will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. daily to make way for the Department of Public Works and Highways’ removal of existing asphalt, asphalt overlay and excavation works with pipe laying:

• C-5 Ortigas Flyover Northbound/Southbound
• C-5 Ortigas Flyover (Westbound)
• C-5 Ortigas Interchange Flyover to Tiendesitas
• Ortigas Avenue before bridge approach (EB)
• C-5 Road Northbound near Gap 1
• Manila East Road (WB) near Jollibee corner Amang
• EDSA Ortigas Interchange to San Juan
• EDSA Shaw Flyover (WB) near Approach A

The following roads will be closed in the evening until the roadworks are completed.
