Manila road closures on Mar. 25–26, 2024 for FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifiers

The local government of Manila on Wednesday announced the temporary closure of some roads for the Philippine Men’s National Football Team’s FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifiers against Iraq.
According to a Facebook post on Wednesday, the stretch of Adriatico Street from Quirino Avenue to P. Ocampo Street will be closed on Monday, March 25 and Tuesday, March 26.
Northbound motorists have been advised to take the following route as an alternative:
- From P. Ocampo Street
- Turn right to Mabini Street
- Turn right to Quirino Avenue
- Turn left to Leveriza Street
- To point of destination
Meanwhile, Southbound motorists have been advised to take the following route:
- From Adriatico Street
- Turn right to Quirino Avenue
- Turn left to Mabini Street
- To point of destination
The Philippine men’s national football team will play two matches against Iraq this month as part of the qualifiers for the next World Cup.
