PNR to have adjusted hours of train trips on Dec. 31 and Jan. 1
The Philippine National Railways (PNR) announced it will adjust its hours of operation on Dec. 31, 2023 (New Year's Eve) and Jan. 1, 2024 (New Year's Day).
On Dec. 31, trips from Tutuban to Alabang started at 5:06 a.m. The last trip will be at 3:06 a.m. Jan. 1.
Meanwhile, train trips from Alabang to Tutuban started at 5:33 a.m. on Dec. 31. The last train will leave at 4:53 a.m. Jan. 1.
On Jan. 1, Tutuban-Alabang trips will start at 10:26 a.m., and the last trip will be at 8:36 a.m.
The Alabang-Tutuban trips on the other hand will start at 12:13 p.m. on Jan. 1 and the last train will leave at 8:03 p.m.
PNR posted the schedules of the other trips for the said dates on their social media pages.
The Metro Rail Transit 3 (MRT3) also adjusted its schedule for the holidays.
Dec. 31 is a special non-working day while Jan. 1 is a regular holiday. —KG, GMA Integrated News
